She combines deep financial expertise with strategic insight to deliver measurable value in corporate strategy, innovation, and mergers & acquisitions.

Her experience spans IBM, Grant Thornton LLP, Syngenta, and Milliken & Company, bringing Fortune 500 expertise to our clients.

Dr. Pamela L. Ford is a veteran school administrator and instructional leader with nearly 30 years of experience driving academic growth, operational excellence, and community partnerships across multiple schools and districts.

She brings deep expertise in organizational management, strategic planning, and staff development. Her consulting practice helps organizations build strong leadership pipelines and operational frameworks.
